The 10 Mirrors are a guided self-reflection framework designed to help you understand how early experiences shaped your beliefs, behaviors, and nervous system responses in relationships. Each mirror reveals a different aspect of your relational identity — the roles you learned to play, the patterns you carry into intimacy, and the ways you protect yourself in connection.
As you move through the mirrors, you’ll be invited to reflect on how and when these patterns formed, how they show up in your current or past relationships, and what they reveal about your needs and wounds. Each mirror begins with a reflective question, followed by insight into the pattern itself and how it may appear in your unique relational dynamics.
The process then shifts toward healing and integration. You’ll explore how awareness begins to soften old patterns, learn somatic practices to help your body release what it no longer needs, and receive a grounding mantra to support lasting change. Together, the 10 Mirrors guide you toward greater self-understanding, emotional safety, and secure embodiment in relationships.
